DIY Cut Out Shirt
Today I’ll
be sharing a very easy and little time consuming Do It Yourself cut out shirt tutorial. I
got inspired by an old shirt with cut out sleeves I’ve had for a while. I purchased it from Great Glam more than 3
years ago. I decided I can make another one in a different color.
Here is what you need:
- I am using a long sleeve white basic shirt.
- A pencil, a ruler and a pair of scissors.
Let’s get started:
- Flip the shirt inside out.
- Lay shirt flat. I secured the sleeves with some pins, so it is easier to do the cuts.
- Using a ruler mark the lines , where you’ll do the cuts. My cuts are 1.5’’ apart. You can make them 1’’ or 2’’ apart and they’ll still look good.
- The depth of my cuts is 3’’-3.5’’.
- Start cutting.
- Once done cutting, remove pins and flip the shirt back.
There you
go! You got your cut out shirt in 15 minutes.

Thanks for
looking and have FUN !
