Use Coffee To Say Goodbye To Cellulite

Cellulite could make us feel uncomfortable. It is almost impossible to prevent getting it, but today I will share with you a trick I’ve been doing for a long time to at least reduce it using coffee.

Why it works? Caffeine and antioxidants can reduce the appearance of cellulite in the short term. They stimulate the blood vesels , which temporary tightens and tones tissue in problem areas. Antioxidants in coffee are helpful to release toxins, which is helpful for healthy skin in general.

I’ve bought a lot of expensive cellulite creams in the past and I’ve noticed they all contain caffeine. Interesting! We could make a home remedy using coffee to treat cellulite. It is easy, fast and inexpensive to make it. Here is what you need:

Fresh ground coffee (you can use used coffee grounds, but fresh ones are more effective in my opinion), olive oil and brown sugar.
Here is how to mix it: Use ¼ cup of fresh ground coffee , 3 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Mix everything all together to form a paste.

It is best to use the mixture in the shower, since it is quite messy. Cleanse desired areas with warm water and apply mixture massaging in circular motion. Let it sit on for 2-5 minutes. The more time you leave it on, the better. Then rinse with warm water to remove grounds.

I recommend doing this treatment once a week.
