Gelish Cruisin' The Boulevard

Recently I found out that Harmony Gelish is releasing a Summer 2014 Gel polish collection called Gelish Playin' It Cool. The collection has 4 summer colors called Doo Wop (nice,bright yellow),  One Cool Cat (sky blue), Let's Go To The Hop (bright summer pink) and Cruising The Boulevard (raspberry red).
All colors were available in my local Cosmoprof store last week, but I did not feel like I needed any of them. I noticed that the raspberry red color was available in a 2-piece set with a matching regular nail polish by Morgan Raylor, called Cruisin the Boulevard as well. Since I'm a big fan of red nail polish, I decided to get the set.









I prepared swatches of the regular and gel polish. 
Both formulas of the regular and gel polish are very good. The regular Morgan Taylor color is completely opaque in one coat, although I applied 2 coats.
The Gelish gel polish also has great coverage, I applied it in only 2 coats.
The color is beautiful! This raspberry red is one of my favorite reds by Gelish. It works well for the summer, but I'm sure I'll wear it even more in the winter. Getting a matching nail polish (great for pedicures) with it is awesome.
Now, when I think about the collection, I might go back to the store and get the yellow color, which looked like a pretty opaque and bright yellow.
