Dry Brush Nail Art Technique - Using Gel Polish (Summer Nail Art)

Hi everyone! I just typed this post and for some reason it got deleted, so I'll do it again...
Since I got a lot of cool summer gel polish colors, I was very happy to play with some of them and create this design:

Gelish Dry Brush Technique Nail Art

I like the effect of dry brush stroke nail art and I've done nail designs with this technique many times using regular nail polish. This time I tried to create nail design using Gelish, and I really like the way it looks.

With this dry brush technique you don't need any nail art tools. You basically create random brush strokes, using different colors over a one color base. It is important that the brush has very little polish on it and you don't layer the colors and blend them too much.

Since I used gel polishes I cured abter applying each color layer of brush strokes, so the colors stay bright and don't blend.
If some of you are interested in a tutorial how to create this nail design, please let me know and I'll make a quick video or step by step tutorial.

For this nail design I used all 4 colors from Gelish's Playin' It Cool Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection for the brush strokes. I also created some polka dots with Gelish Lime All The Time and Gelish Rockin' The Reef. just to fill the white spaces around the different colors.

I used 2 coats of Gellish Arctic Freeze for my base.
It turned very pretty, playful and full of summer colors!
This design will look really cool with darker colors, too!
