Today I received some really cute Smurf nail decals from Luckystarstyle. I applied a decal over light blue nail polish. This decals usually come with pretty good instructions for application. You need to cut the decal out and remove the clear coat. Then apply it over dry nail polish and put a few drops of water over it to make it stitch and remove the paper coating.
