If you are a nail art fan, feel free to check Sally Hansen's website for more information about the contest. For 3 months in a row Sally Hansen fans can submit their pictures on the website in or der to participate. There is a specific theme for each month. It ends 7/31/14.
Although I'll be submitting nail designs and tutorials to Preen.me, the looks I'll be submitting to #iHeartNailArt will be exclusive to the contest.
Today I decided to share with you just some swatches on the polishes I got.
In the box I got Sally Hansen's Insta-Dry Top Coat, which is amazing. I'll definitely use it a lot and take a break from my favorite Seche Vite Top Coat. I also got a black and white fine tip nail art pens, which are great for nail art, even iic you are not that experienced. I got four Insta-Dry Nail polishes in shades: Snappy Sorbet (orange coral ), Blue-Away (baby blue), Lively Lilac (perfect deep lilac shade) and Mint Sprint (dark mint green). They also sent me two I heart Nail Art Stripers, one in white and one in purple and two I Heart Nail Art neon polishes, one in Pink (Pretty in Hot Pink) and one in green (Hot Wasabi). I also got some small round studs in black, bronze and clear.
You can see some swatches of the Insta-Dry nail polishes below. I've used them in the past, but since I've been a big gel polish addict lately, I haven't purchased any Sally Hansen Polishes in maybe 2 years. But this collection is worth trying for the summer. The colors are amazing and the formula is really good. I did no use any base coat on them and I did 2 coats, although it is recommended that you only do one coat. The coverage is excellent and there are no streaks, (sill depends on your nails). They dry in 60 seconds, so you need to move quickly! No DPB, Toluene or Free Formaldehyde.
