DIY HEART TANK TOP

I would like to share with you an idea how to  make a tank top with a gold glitter heart. You just need a plain top, fabric paint and a brush. You need to make your heart stencil if you don’t have one. I used freezer paper for mine. Freezer paper is sold in grocery stores and is really easy to use for stencils. One of the sides sticks perfectly to fabric when ironed. That prevents your stencil from moving.

Just choose the size of heart you want and cut it out. Make sure you leave enough paper on each side so you can iron the paper to the top. Adjust the stencil where desired and press it with hot iron, without any steam.

Then start coloring inside the heart shape. Make sure you have enough dye. Let it dry for 30 minutes and remove the stencil carefully. Let the dye dry for up to 72 hours. Then you can wash the top.

Thanks for visiting!
